Richard Moore, M.D. is the medical director for NeoGraft St Louis and a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgeons. Dr. Moore believes the NeoGraft technology will forever change the way hair transplants are performed in the United States and is pleased to be the first physician to offer this exciting new technology.
